Akis brings together scientific thinking, with a PhD in theoretical physics, executive leadership, and top-tier consulting experience. He has held senior roles at Mastercard, Accenture, and McKinsey, and has built and led multi-country teams delivering complex transformations. Today, he works at the intersection of strategy and behavior, forging leaders worth following.

Marios is a serial entrepreneur in the traveling and hospitality industry and an executive advisor with a strategy consulting background. He has worked for McKinsey and Deloitte and been a part of large-scale turnarounds, M&A, and capital-intensive projects and transactions.  He brings a sharp strategic lens grounded in hands-on ownership and execution.

Eirini is a cognitive behavioral psychotherapist with experience across global organizations including SWIFT, Mastercard, and international wellbeing initiatives. She combines clinical expertise with corporate leadership experience to help leaders build resilience, clarity, and sustainable performance. Her work bridges mental health, culture, and business impact.

Nadia is a senior learning and development professional with long experience in global pharmaceutical organizations, including UCB, Novartis, Janssen, and Merck. She has designed and delivered large-scale training, onboarding, and storytelling programs across Europe. Her strength lies in helping leaders engage, inspire, and communicate with impact.

Konstantina supports the design and delivery of Simulen’s programs with a strong foundation in psychology. Alongside her professional experience in healthcare and non-profit environments, she is an international elite athlete, bringing discipline, focus, and resilience into everything she does. She ensures learning experiences are executed with precision and care.
